Billing Address

  • Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.

Returns & Subscription Cancellations

  • 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only. 100% money back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fee due to the fact that the customer made the decision to try product, therefore the customer accepts to pay the fee to ship the product.

  • You have SIXTY (60) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the SIXTY (60) DAY time limit will not be processed.

  • Digital training programs can only be refunded if the user makes a good faith attempt at the program and doesn’t see results or is not satisfied with the results they received after clear and undoubtable effort. Our system can track utilization, and log ins, which during training, should be fairly consistent. By purchasing you understand that your good faith attempt of the training will be reviewed by our in house support team who will review your account and make a decision based on the data and perceived effort placed on the training, which is determined based on your content consumption and log ins.

  • There is a 14-day assessment period for all digital programs. Since all players develop at a different pace, to qualify for the 60 day money back guarantee you must try the program for a period of 14 days before a claim is made that no results were seen. This protects our company from customers who buy the program to steal the content and then request a refund after all of the content has been copied on their behalf in which we then have to seek legal action. After the 14- day assessment period a customer still has ample time to request a refund before the 60 day money back guarantee expires.

  • Customers must contact our support department for a refund and provide the order number and the email address that was used for purchase. You must provide the proper email you purchased your training from to be eligible.

  • Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be returned to the original credit card or payment system used. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.


    -Monthly Subscriptions (ILB Insiders):
     You have 14 Days from the date of the original purchase to cancel your subscription without being charged the monthly subscription charge of $19.95. Any refund request made for charges after the free 14 day trial period  will not be processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support email  support@ilbelite.com
  • Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
  • Shipping of the product from I Love Basketball Training to your door will not be refunded. Shipping of the product to the  I Love Basketball Training Refund Department will not be compensated.
  • To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund.
  • Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued.
  • Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.


Terms of Subscription Renewal Monthly  I Love Basketball Training Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel.
